Pool Rules. BA acknowledges it has read and understands the following rules governing the use of the Premises and other facilities, has explained them to participants, and has agreed to follow them. BA understands that the activity may be suspended immediately and/or the participants may lose the privilege of use of the Premises and other facilities if rules are not followed.
A. Complete list of lifeguards along with current certifications must be provided and on file before first day of use. Certifications include ARC Lifeguard Training and CPR-PR or equivalent.
B. A schedule of swim days and times must be provided. Any additions or changes should be confirmed with the Parks Department Aquatics Director.
C. A certified lifeguard from the prearranged list must be on duty and on chair with rescue tube at all times there are swimmers in the water. Lifeguard compensated by BA.
D. All equipment must be returned to proper storage areas at completion of practice. Use of Parks’ equipment is prohibited, other than lap lanes. If lap lanes are used and in the process of taking them off or returning them to the reel some fragments of the plastic breaks off, sweep up any pieces from the deck.
E. Coaches may enter through the guard room. All swimmers must use the appropriate locker room. No swimmers should be in the guard room for any reason.
F. In the event of an injury, BA should provide their own first aid kit. This would include ice packs. Injury report forms will be provided by Parks and all injuries must be documented on the appropriate form.
G. All food must be kept in the concession area.
H. When practice is over, the facility should be secured as it was found. If the Parks Department swim lesson coordinator arrives before BA is finished, he/she will assume responsibility for the facility.
I. BA is responsible for maintaining the locker rooms following use by BA. All trash should be picked up and any standing water on the floors should be dried before swimmers leave.
J. All coaches and swimmers must park in the public main parking lot. The drive should remain open as a walkway.
K. Possessing or consuming alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited on public property. Persons observed possessing or consuming alcohol are subject to arrest.
L. User shall not engage in any action that will be a violation of any municipal, state, or federal laws or regulations.

Pool Rules a. Any fruit loss and storage incentives shall be shared amongst the Growers in proportion to the volume of fruit submitted by each Grower and on the basis that the losses shall be sustained, and the incentives shall be received by each pool and the Growers in the following proportions: Grower Pool Hayward Conventional - 100% Hayward Organic - 100% Green14 Conventional - 100% Gold3 Conventional - 100% Gold3 Organic - 100% Class 2,3 and Hayward 46s - 100% Gold 42s, NSS - 100%
b. The timing of drawdown of the Grower’s fruit will be at the discretion of the Registered Supplier who may delegate that discretion to the Post Harvest Operator.
c. It is acknowledged that delay in drawdown due to any fruit being “non-compliant” in terms of A17 of the ZGL Contract with restricted market availability may result in fruit loss which will be shared in accordance with clause 18.2a. unless otherwise determined by the Registered Supplier.
d. Growers who supply fruit to the Kiwistart programme shall not be included in the Fruit Loss and Storage Incentive Pools in respect of such Kiwistart fruit. Growers may be included in the Fruit Loss and Storage Incentive Pools in respect of fruit not supplied to the Kiwistart programme or if authorised by the Directors of the Registered Supplier. Some pooling of Kiwistart premiums may be required as deemed equitable by the Directors of the Registered Supplier. Any other issues which arise relating to Kiwistart shall be determined by the Directors of the Registered Supplier.
e. Growers will have the choice to receive payment documentation at either KPIN level or Maturity area level.
Pool Rules. 7.4.1 The Pool Rules as at 1st April, 1996 are set out in Schedule 9. The Settlement System calculations shall be carried out on the basis of the Settlement System and the Pool Rules.
7.4.2 The Pool Rules shall be developed under the control of the Executive Committee. Subject to Clause 6, the Executive Committee may at any time and from time to time change all or any of the Pool Rules upon notification to all Parties and Meter Operator parties, and any such change shall be binding on all Parties and Meter Operator Parties without further action being required on the part of any person.

Pool Rules. The Undersigned acknowledge that s/he has received, read, and understands the Pool Rules (attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference) (the “Pool Rules”). The Undersigned agrees the use of the Pool is subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth therein. The Undersigned agrees to conform and abide by the Pool Rules and any additional rules or notices as provided by the League from time to time.
Pool Rules. The Resident hereby agrees that all Authorized Users will abide by the following rules when using the Pool:
a. The Pool is for the use of District Residents, his/her family members, and their guests only. Other groups may be authorized to use the Pool from time to time by the District’s Board of Trustees.
b. The Pool capacity is 104 persons and may not be exceeded.
c. No one may enter the Pool except during posted hours without prior written approval from the District’s Board of Trustees.
d. Every person who intends to use the Pool must sign a Pool Liability Waiver and obtain a Pool FOB from the District Office before entering the Pool area.
e. When a lifeguard is on duty, the lifeguard is in charge of the Pool.
f. Do not enter a swimming lane when a swimmer is swimming laps.
g. Every person must shower before entering the Pool.
h. No one with a cold, communicable disease, open sores, wounds, or Band-Aids are allowed in the Pool.
i. No one under the age of 14 may swim without a lifeguard on duty unless accompanied by an adult for lap swimming.
j. No one under the age of 10 may be in the Pool without an accompanying adult that remains in the Pool area.
k. Animals are not allowed in the Pool area unless the animal is a service dog.
l. Proper swimwear attire must be worn in and around the Pool. No cut offs, jeans, or street clothes of any kind are permitted.
m. Do not swallow Pool water.
n. No food or alcoholic beverages are permitted on the upper deck of the Pool.
o. No glass containers are permitted in the Pool area.
p. No electronic devices are permitted in the Pool area unless silenced by earphones.
q. No abusive language, riding on shoulders, running, shoving, spitting, shouting, or fighting is permitted.
r. No diving is permitted from areas marked in red.
s. No smoking or vaping except in designated areas.
t. Swim diapers must be used in the Pool, when required for the minor.
u. If a Guest is accompanying a Resident, the Guest must sign a Pool Liability Waiver and submit to the District Office or a Pool employee if the office is closed. If any person has not signed a Pool Liability Waiver, he or she may not use the Pool.
Pool Rules. The individual signing this contract is responsible for ensuring that all members of their household have read, understand and follow the rules.
Pool Rules. The DISTRICT shall not permit any alcoholic beverages, drugs or other intoxicants to be served, displayed or consumed on its premises or in the area surrounding the facility at any time. A violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement and WAC shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of amounts paid to the DISTRICT. • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. • The use or possession of firearms, or anything resembling a firearm, is prohibited anywhere on the premises. • Glass containers will not be allowed anywhere in the aquatic facilities. • No running on deck or grass. • No animals/pets within the fenced pool area. • Foul or otherwise offensive language is not allowed. • Vandalism will not be tolerated and may result in a pool suspension. • Twists, back dives, flips, cannonballs and other splash dives are not allowed. • Do not jump or dive around other swimmers • Swimmers must dive directly out from the wall. • Do not hang on, sit on, or misuse the ropes and lane lines. • Hypoxic training is prohibited. • Only WAC’s registered participants and coaches may enter the pool. • WAC Staff will follow and enforce all DISTRICT rules at all times. • Only DISTRICT and WAC Staff will be permitted in the Lifeguard Office.
