Portal Services has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a).

Portal Services means services that You purchase under an order form located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and/or other web pages designated by eXalt (the “Order Form”), paying the fee specified in on the Order Form, and having your Order Form accepted by eXalt (and not revoked). Your Order Form is incorporated into the Terms of Use by reference. Your agreement with eXalt includes these Terms of Use (including any Order Form(s) you have submitted), as well as the SLA, and the Terms of Service – Content Link in Service (the “Terms of Service”), as applicable (collectively posted at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇). These various components, as may be amended from time to time, are referred to collectively as the “ Agreement”.

• By accessing Portal Services, Customer is granted a nonexclusive, revocable, nontransferable, nonassignable right to access general and technical product information, Support Services information, and/or training courses and materials, and use any Content therein solely for Customer’s internal business purpose, and solely in relation to Verint’s products and services.

• Customer shall be solely responsible for the actions of its Personnel while using the Portal Services and the contents of its transmissions through the Portal Services (including, without limitation, Submissions), and any resulting charges.

• This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the specific services contemplated herein, and no representation, promise, inducement or statement of intention relating to the Offering Preparation and Investor Web Portal Services to be provided for under this Agreement has been made by any party which is not set forth in this Agreement.

• Any materials Customer provides, posts, inputs or submits through the Portal Services, but expressly excluding any Feedback.
