Portal Services definition

Portal Services means services that You purchase under an order form located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and/or other web pages designated by eXalt (the “Order Form”), paying the fee specified in on the Order Form, and having your Order Form accepted by eXalt (and not revoked). Your Order Form is incorporated into the Terms of Use by reference. Your agreement with eXalt includes these Terms of Use (including any Order Form(s) you have submitted), as well as the SLA, and the Terms of Service – Content Link in Service (the “Terms of Service”), as applicable (collectively posted at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). These various components, as may be amended from time to time, are referred to collectively as the “ Agreement”.

Examples of Portal Services in a sentence

  • Customer shall be solely responsible for the actions of its Personnel while using the Portal Services and the contents of its transmissions through the Portal Services (including, without limitation, Submissions), and any resulting charges.

  • By accessing Portal Services, Customer is granted a nonexclusive, revocable, nontransferable, nonassignable right to access general and technical product information, Support Services information, and/or training courses and materials, and use any Content therein solely for Customer’s internal business purpose, and solely in relation to Verint’s products and services.

  • In addition to this Agreement, provision of the Partner Portal Services is governed by any applicable Partner Agreement, the JetBrains Website Agreement, JetBrains Account Agreement, and/or the Privacy Policy.

  • When using Partner Portal Services, you need to provide JetBrains with Personal data information such as the information mentioned in clause 5.2. The processing of any Personal data we collect from you is governed by our Privacy Policy, by the JetBrains Website Terms, by the JetBrains Account Agreement, and by this Agreement, and by any other agreement you may have entered into with JetBrains which specifically addresses the processing of Personal data.

  • On and from the date the Participant signs the Application Form, the Participant shall be provided with access to the Membership Portal and to the Portal Services available therein in so far as is necessary for the Participant’s needs as determined solely by MTS.

  • JetBrains reserves the right to revoke authorization to access and/or, use (including access to view, download, and/or print of any associated data) User or Organization Account or Partner Portal Services at any time, and you shall discontinue such use immediately upon notice from JetBrains.

  • On termination, your rights under this Agreement end and you are no longer entitled to use the User or Organization Account or Partner Portal Services.

Related to Portal Services
