Portfolio Account means the account reflecting the Financial Products and Krugerrands (if applicable), held by you, through a Share Investing account and the word “Portfolio” shall have a corresponding meaning;

• The Fund acknowledges that one or more of the Affiliated Accounts may at any time hold, acquire, increase, decrease, dispose of or otherwise deal with positions in investments in which the Portfolio Account may have an interest from time to time, whether in transactions which involve the Portfolio Account or otherwise.

Portfolio Account means the segregated client account(s) to be maintained by Blominvest pursuant to Clause 6 hereof for the purpose of management and administration of the Portfolio.
