Portfolio Account definition

Portfolio Account means the account created to hold funds (=free equity) available to be invested into a Strategy.

Portfolio Account means the account reflecting the Financial Products and Krugerrands (if applicable), held by you, through a Share Investing account and the word “Portfolio” shall have a corresponding meaning;

Portfolio Account means the account so designated and established by Section 4.1 of this Indenture.

• The Fund will provide the Sub-Adviser with such periodic reports concerning the status of the Portfolio Account as the Sub-Adviser may reasonably request.

• The Sub-Adviser is not authorized by the Fund to take any action, including the purchase or sale of securities for the Portfolio Account, in contravention of any restriction, limitation, objective, policy or instruction described in the previous sentence.

• The Fund, the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser shall furnish to each other from time to time certified copies of the resolutions of their Boards of Trustees/Directors or executive committees, as the case may be, evidencing the authority of officers and employees who are authorized to act on behalf of the Fund, a Portfolio Account, the Adviser and/or the Sub-Adviser.

• The Sub-Adviser accepts its appointment as a discretionary portfolio manager and agrees to use its professional judgment to make investment decisions for the Portfolio with respect to the investments of the Portfolio Account and to implement such decisions on a timely basis in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

• The Fund acknowledges that one or more of the Affiliated Accounts may at any time hold, acquire, increase, decrease, dispose of or otherwise deal with positions in investments in which the Portfolio Account may have an interest from time to time, whether in transactions which involve the Portfolio Account or otherwise.

More Definitions of Portfolio Account

Portfolio Account means the segregated client account(s) to be maintained by Blominvest pursuant to Clause 6 hereof for the purpose of management and administration of the Portfolio.

Portfolio Account means a statement of account maintained by the Bank in the name of the Customer under the CIF number(s) specified above and which states the interests and entitlements of the Customer in the Assets which are the subject of an Investment made on behalf of the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Portfolio Account means your Investment Account and/or your ISA (including your Cash Reserve if applicable), as selected on your Application, covered by these Portfolio Investments Terms and Conditions.

Portfolio Account means, for purposes of this Official Statement, the Portfolio Accounts so designated and established by the 2017A Bond Indenture and the 2017B Bond Indenture for the Series 2017A Bonds and the Taxable Series 2017B Bonds, respectively.
