Portfolio Account definition

Portfolio Account means the account created to hold funds (=free equity) available to be invested into a Strategy.

Portfolio Account means the account reflecting the Financial Products and krugerrands (if applicable), held by you, through a Share Investing account and the word “Portfolio” shall have a corresponding meaning; FNBGF V1.0 24.05.21 MC.12847

Portfolio Account means the account so designated and established by Section 4.1 of this Indenture.

• As a convenience, and to simplify Participant’s record keeping requirements, all principal and interest from the CDs will be credited to Participant’s Designated Portfolio Account promptly upon receipt by the custodian of the Portfolio.

• The entire management fee will be deducted from Participant’s Designated Portfolio Account upon settlement of the CD (refundable pro rata in the event of an early withdrawal).

Portfolio Account means the segregated client account(s) to be maintained by Blominvest pursuant to Clause 6 hereof for the purpose of management and administration of the Portfolio.

Portfolio Account has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 of the ----------------- Trust Agreement.

Portfolio Account means a ledger account within the Account maintained by CapitalFX for the recording of the securities balances of securities which are Assets. Public Information means public and other media statement or statements to investors in Client or in the Scheme made by or on behalf of Client in relation to the affairs of Client, the Scheme or the Offer.
