If the Holder delivers the Postponement Notice and the Company does not receive written notice from the Holder of the Holder’s chosen ▇▇▇ Measurement Date or if the Holder fails to select a date or selects a date that is subsequent to the End Date, the ▇▇▇ Measurement Date for purposes of this Section 3.3(d) shall be the End Date.
