Power Product Curtailment definition

Power Product Curtailment means curtailment of delivery of Product from the Project resulting from (a) curtailment instruction by the CAISO (whether directly or through the Scheduling Coordinator or the Transmission Provider), for any reason, including, but not limited to, an Exceptional Dispatch (as defined in the CAISO Tariff), any System Emergency, any warning of an anticipated System Emergency, or any warning of an imminent condition or situation which could jeopardize the CAISO’s or Transmission Provider’s electric system integrity or the integrity of other systems to which the CAISO or Transmission Provider is connected, any warning, forecast, or anticipated overgeneration conditions, including a request from CAISO to manage over-generation conditions; (b) curtailment ordered by the Transmission Provider for reasons including, but not limited to, (i) any situation that affects normal function of the electric system including, but not limited to, any abnormal condition that requires action to prevent circumstances such as equipment damage, loss of load, or abnormal voltage conditions, (ii) any warning, forecast or anticipation of conditions or situations that jeopardize the Transmission Provider’s electric system integrity or the integrity of other systems to which the Transmission Provider is connected; (c) curtailment ordered by the Transmission Provider as a result of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or construction on the Transmission Provider’s transmission facilities that prevents the delivery or receipt of energy to or at the Delivery Point,(d) curtailment in accordance with Seller’s obligations under its interconnection agreement with the Transmission Provider; or (e) curtailment ordered by any Transmission Provider; provided that Seller has contracted for firm transmission or equivalent arrangements with such Transmission Provider for the Product to be delivered to the Delivery Point and such curtailment is due to “force majeure” or “uncontrollable force” or a similar term as defined under the Transmission Provider’s tariff; provided, however, that Power Product Curtailment shall not include Economic Dispatch Down.

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Vapor product means any:

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Spray buff product means a product designed to restore a worn floor finish in conjunction with a floor buffing machine and special pad.

  • Other Product means Product which an End User acquired from sources other than Integrator.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Borrower Products means all products, software, service offerings, technical data or technology currently being designed, manufactured or sold by Borrower or which Borrower intends to sell, license, or distribute in the future including any products or service offerings under development, collectively, together with all products, software, service offerings, technical data or technology that have been sold, licensed or distributed by Borrower since its incorporation.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.
