Prearranged Customer definition

Prearranged Customer. – shall mean any Customer which is qualified, pursuant to Section 9 of the GT&C, and seeks to acquire capacity under a prearranged release for which notice is given pursuant to Section 9.6.

Prearranged Customer means any entity for which a Releasing Customer has submitted a prearranged bid to obtain its released capacity from Gulf South pursuant to Section 6.16 of these General Terms and Conditions.

Examples of Prearranged Customer in a sentence

  • A Prearranged Customer may not consummate a release with any Customer that utilizes the same capacity or overlaps such capacity without such release being subject to the bidding requirement if such Customer has, within the prior twenty-eight (28) consecutive Days, released capacity to such Prearranged Customer, which prior release was not subject to the bidding requirements.

  • Any Releasing Customer may exercise a right of recall, subject to the provisions of this Section 9.6(b), in the event a Replacement or Prearranged Customer fails to pay part or all of the amount of any invoice for service provided when such amount is due in accordance with Section 15 of the GT&C.

  • Steckman Ridge shall notify Releasing Customer, the best bidder, and any Prearranged Customer of such determination in accordance with the timelines set forth in Section 5.4 herein.

  • Covered Customer means any Person who is or was an actual customer or client (or prospective customer or client with whom a Covered Party actively marketed or made or taken specific action to make a proposal) of a Covered Party, as of the Closing Date, at any time during the Restricted Period and as of the relevant time of determination.

  • Informed Customer Consent means, in the case where consent is required: (1) the Customer is provided with a clear statement of the data or information to be collected and allowable uses of that data or information by the party seeking consent; (2) the frequency of data or information release and the duration of time for which the consent is valid; and (3) process by which the Customer may revoke consent. In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.

  • Transient merchant means any person, firm, or corporation who engages in a temporary or itinerant merchandising business, intending to remain in business in the City of Waverly for less than one year, and in the course of such business hires, leases, or occupies any building or structure whatsoever or who operates out of a vehicle which is parked anywhere within the City limits. Temporary association with a local merchant, dealer, trader, or auctioneer, or conduct of such transient business in connection with, as a part of, or in the name of any local merchant, dealer, trader, or auctioneer shall not exempt any person, firm, or corporation from being considered a transient merchant.
