Preexisting Plan definition

Preexisting Plan means the Bob Evans Farms, Inc. Amended and Restated 2006 Equity and Cash Incentive Plan. Upon approval by the Plan by the Company’s stockholders, no further awards will be issued under the Preexisting Plan, although the Preexisting Plan will remain in effect after the Company’s stockholders approve the Plan for purposes of determining any grantee’s right to awards issued under the Preexisting Plan before that date
Preexisting Plan means the 1993 Stock Option and Performance Plan.

Examples of Preexisting Plan in a sentence

  • For purposes of determining the number of shares that become available under the Preexisting Plan or the Legacy WMS Plan, the share counting rules applicable to outstanding Awards under this Plan shall apply in the same way to outstanding awards originally granted under the Preexisting Plan or the Legacy WMS Plan.

  • No grants shall be made under any Preexisting Plan on or after the date this Plan becomes effective.

  • Upon stockholder approval of the Plan as of the Effective Date, no further grants of Awards will be made under the Preexisting Plan.

Preexisting Plan means the M/I Homes, Inc. 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended.

Preexisting Plan means an employee pension or profit sharing plan for which either the ABA Members Pension Plan or the ABA Members Retirement Plan has been substituted in accordance with Article I of the respective ABA Members Plan.

Founders 1996 Stock Option Plan, (b) Internap Network Services Corporation 2002 Stock Compensation Plan, (c) Amended 1999 Equity Incentive Plan, (d) 1999 Stock Incentive Plan for Non-Officers, (e) Amended and Restated 1998 Stock Option/Stock Issuance Plan, and (f) the Switchsoft Systems, Inc. 1997 Stock Option Plan.
