Preexisting Plan definition

Preexisting Plan means the Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. 2011 Equity and Cash Incentive Plan. Upon approval of the Plan by the Company’s shareholders, no further awards will be issued under the Preexisting Plan, although the Preexisting Plan will remain in effect after the Company’s shareholders approve the Plan for purposes of determining any grantee’s right to awards issued under the Preexisting Plan before that date.
Preexisting Plan means the 1993 Stock Option and Performance Plan.
Preexisting Plan means the Stock and Incentive Plan of Minerals Technologies Inc. (as amended and restated as of February 22,2001).
