Premises Licence definition

Premises Licence means any licence required under the Licensing (Scotland) Xxx 0000 for the use of the Premises for the Permitted Use;
Premises Licence means the Club’s premises licence or Club premises certificate permitting the Club to use the Club’s premises for licensable activities under the Licensing Act 2003.

More Definitions of Premises Licence

Premises Licence. Personal Licence”, “Designated Premises Supervisor” and “Licensable Activity” shall have the meanings attributed to them by the Licensing Act 2003; and
Premises Licence means a premises licence (as defined under the Licensing Act 2003) relating to the Property.
