Maintaining Equipment. Contractor will service all Equipment as often as is necessary to keep all Equipment properly supplied and in good working order. Contractor will maintain a program of regular preventive maintenance and replacement of worn, damaged, or malfunctioning Equipment. University may require Contractor to replace Equipment that cannot be returned to service within four (4) working days after a service call is placed. Replacement equipment will be of a type and condition at least equal to the type and condition of Equipment being replaced. Contractor will keep all Equipment in a neat and sanitary condition. Contractor will clean all spills that occur while filling, cleaning, or maintaining Equipment, clean Equipment each time Contractor restocks or services Equipment, and remove packaging and waste from Campus after each service call. Contractor will cooperate with University to promptly remedy any sanitary problems related to Equipment.

Maintaining Equipment. We will maintain Service Equipment (a) We may suspend Services for a reasonable period to maintain Service Equipment. (b) If we do suspend Services to perform maintenance, we’ll aim to: ● give you reasonable notice in the circumstances of potential Service interruptions, and ● minimise any interruption to the Services. For example, by performing maintenance in off peak times. (c) If we use your Facilities or Customer Equipment to provide Services to you, then you’re responsible for maintaining them unless we otherwise agree in writing.
Maintaining Equipment. When an employee is provided with high quality equipment, he must be trained in its proper care in use and in storage. All equipment should also be inspected daily by the housekeeper or his representative for cleanliness, indications of wear and tear, neglect or abuse. Periodic detailed inspection should be made to forestall breakdowns.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Testing of Metering Equipment Connecting Transmission Owner shall inspect and test all of its Metering Equipment upon installation and at least once every two (2) years thereafter. If requested to do so by NYISO or Developer, Connecting Transmission Owner shall, at Developer’s expense, inspect or test Metering Equipment more frequently than every two (2) years. Connecting Transmission Owner shall give reasonable notice of the time when any inspection or test shall take place, and Developer and NYISO may have representatives present at the test or inspection. If at any time Metering Equipment is found to be inaccurate or defective, it shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced at Developer’s expense, in order to provide accurate metering, unless the inaccuracy or defect is due to Connecting Transmission Owner’s failure to maintain, then Connecting Transmission Owner shall pay. If Metering Equipment fails to register, or if the measurement made by Metering Equipment during a test varies by more than two percent from the measurement made by the standard meter used in the test, Connecting Transmission Owner shall adjust the measurements by correcting all measurements for the period during which Metering Equipment was in error by using Developer’s check meters, if installed. If no such check meters are installed or if the period cannot be reasonably ascertained, the adjustment shall be for the period immediately preceding the test of the Metering Equipment equal to one-half the time from the date of the last previous test of the Metering Equipment. The NYISO shall reserve the right to review all associated metering equipment installation on the Developer’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s property at any time.
