Previous Issuer means a wholly-owned subsidiary of Funding, which was established to issue Previous Issuer Notes and to make a Previous Issuer Intercompany Loan to Funding;

  • The screen for the new filer profile has a "Previous Issuer Information" field where a filer must add the previous profile number by selecting it from a list of profiles that have been downloaded to the filer's database.

  • If the "Previous Issuer Information" field in the new filer profile has been correctly completed, a user of the SEDAR Filer Profiles Database will be able to retrieve the last Other Filer Profile filed by the issuer.
