Primary Agent definition

Primary Agent. This is the person designated by your organization to receive all correspondence and is our main point of contact. This contact will be responsible for answering questions, uploading documents, and submitting reports/requests in FDEM Grants Management System. The Primary Agent is usually not the Authorized Agent but should be responsible for updating all internal stakeholders on all grant activities. (Only one Primary Agent is allowed, and this contact will have full access).

Primary Agent and “Primary Agents” means Deutsche Bank, in its capacity as Domestic Administrative Agent, Deutsche Bank Canada, in its capacity as Canadian Administrative Agent, Bank of America and JPMorgan, in their respective capacities as Syndication Agents and MLPFS and JPMS, in their respective capacities as Joint Bookrunners, and also means and includes any successor to any Administrative Agent or Joint Bookrunner appointed pursuant to subsection 11.5A.

Primary Agent and "PRIMARY AGENTS" means Scotiabank, in its capacity as Administrative Agent, Deutsche Bank and Chase, in their respective capacities as Co-Syndication Agents, and Deutsche Banc Alex. Broxx xxd JPMorgan, in their respective capacities as Co-Arrangers, and also means and includes any successor to the Administrative Agent, the Co-Syndication Agents or the Co-Arrangers appointed pursuant to subsection 11.5.
Primary Agent and "PRIMARY AGENTS" means Primary Documentation Agent and Administrative Agent and also means and includes any successor Primary Documentation Agent or Administrative Agent appointed pursuant to subsection 11.5.
Primary Agent has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
Primary Agent and “Primary Agents” means Bank of America, in its capacity as Administrative Agent, JPMorgan, in its capacity as Syndication Agent and MLPFS and JPMS, in their respective capacities as Joint Bookrunners.

Related to Primary Agent

  • Delivery Agent means, in relation to any Series of Covered Bonds that contemplates physical settlement, the financial institution appointed as delivery agent for the purposes of such Covered Bonds and named as such in the applicable Final Terms;
