Primary Business Activity definition
Primary Business Activity means the investment of a CAPCO’s certified capital primarily in qualified investments in qualified businesses. Primary business activity is demonstrated by having at all times, a minimum of 50% of total certified capital of each investment pool, which has been collected in cash, avail- able for investment in or having been invested as qualified invest- ments in qualified businesses.
