Primary Lot definition

Primary Lot. The parcel of land described in Exhibit A attached hereto. Expansion Lot: The parcel of land described in Exhibit B attached hereto. Cross-Easements: Those rights and easements appurtenant to the Primary Lot for drainage facilities, water and sewer and other utility lines, granted pursuant to recorded instruments, including the Easement and Agreement made as of December 7, 2000, and recorded in the Middlesex South Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 1158395 (the "Easement and Agreement" and together with the Declaration of Protective Covenants (hereinafter defined) and other appurtenant easements, the "Cross Easements"). Landlord shall not amend or modify any Cross Easements without the prior consent of Tenant, which may be withheld by Tenant in its reasonable discretion. Premises: The Primary Lot, the Building and the Cross-Easements.
Primary Lot means a lot which has full annual assessments.
Primary Lot means the larger of the lots created by the division of the Original Lot in accordance with Section 139-7H(3)(e) of the By-Laws of the Town of Nantucket, as the same may from time to time be amended.

Examples of Primary Lot in a sentence

  • In connection with performing any construction activities on the Primary Lot or the Expansion Lot, Landlord will use its best efforts to avoid adversely affecting Tenant's manufacturing facility.

  • Landlord shall provide Tenant with not less than seventy-two (72) hours' advance notice of any construction activities on the Primary Lot or Expansion Lot that could potentially have an adverse effect on Tenant's manufacturing facility or other operations.

  • The Exhibits listed below in this Section are incorporated in this Lease by reference and are to be construed as a part of this Lease: EXHIBIT A: Description of Primary Lot.

Primary Lot means the first Lot deeded, conveyed, sold or transferred to a Lot Owner prior to January 1, 2022 AND any Lot deeded, conveyed, sold or transferred to a Lot Owner after January 1, 2022.

  • Primary Listing means the single directory listing provided to Customers by Publisher under the terms of this Agreement. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to xxxx for an available time among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing. “Proprietary Information” is as defined in Article 20, Section 20.1.1.
