Priority Service Shipper definition

Priority Service Shipper means a Shipper that has executed a throughput and deficiency agreement during the open season that commenced on October 26, 2015 for the transportation of certain minimum volumes of Crude Petroleum for a term of seven years from Blue Island, IL to Mokena, IL at the relevant Priority Service Rate set forth herein.
Priority Service Shipper means a Shipper that has committed to transporting, or paying a deficiency payment for failure to transport, certain minimum volumes of Crude Petroleum pursuant to a Transportation Service Agreement executed pursuant to the open season that commenced on June 25, 2012.
Priority Service Shipper means a Shipper that has committed to transport a Committed Volume or otherwise pay the applicable shortfall payment and whose Nomination up to its Committed Volume will not be subject to prorationing during normal operating conditions, pursuant to the terms of a TSA executed by Shipper.
