Probationary Period means a working test period during which an employee is required to demonstrate his fitness for the position to which he/she is appointed by actual performance of its duties.
Probationary teacher means a teacher who:
Probationary Employee means a person who during their initial period of employment is serving a probationary period;
Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.
Probationary faculty are working towards Tenured status and fulfill Teaching & Teaching-Related Duties, Professional Practice/Research and Service.
Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.
Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:
Disciplinary probation means a status in which a student may remain enrolled in the university only upon the condition that the student complies with specified standards of conduct or other requirements or restrictions on privileges, for a specified period of time, not to exceed two years.
Year of Eligibility Service means, for any Special Employee, a credit used to determine his eligibility to participate under the Plan, as further described in Section 2.2.
Open Enrollment Period means an enrollment period during which time any Eligible Employee and/or Dependent may apply to become a Subscriber and/or Covered Dependent, and existing Subscribers may apply to change to another provider network or coverage option, if available, or elect to terminate coverage.
Covenant Testing Period means a period (a) commencing on the last day of the fiscal month of Parent most recently ended prior to a Covenant Trigger Event for which Borrowers are required to deliver to Agent monthly financial statements pursuant to Schedule 5.1 to this Agreement, and (b) continuing through and including the first day after such Covenant Trigger Event that Availability has equaled or exceeded the greater of (a) 15% of the Maximum Revolver Amount, and (b) $4,500,000 for 60 consecutive days.
Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.
Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
Employment Year means each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the Commencement Date and on the same day of the subsequent calendar year and each consecutive 12 month period thereafter.
Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.
Monitoring Period means the period from the Launch Date to the Valuation Date (both dates including) at such point in time at which the Reference Price of the Underlying is determined and published..
Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);
Eligibility Waiting Period means the continuous length of time you must be in Active Employment in an eligible class to reach your Eligibility Date.
Enrollment Period means that period of time prescribed by the Administrator, which period shall conclude prior to the Offering Date, during which Eligible Employees may elect to participate in an Offering Period. The duration and timing of Enrollment Periods may be changed or modified by the Administrator from time to time.
STIPULATED HOURS OF SERVICE PER DAY means hours of duty per day, normal hours/timings of duty whereof shall be determined by the Company's Engineer for which fixed charge shall be payable.
Post-Employment Period means the eighteen month period beginning on the date of termination of the Executive's employment with the Employer. If any covenant in this Section 8.2 is held to be unreasonable, arbitrary or against public policy, such covenant shall be considered to be divisible with respect to scope, time, and geographic area, and such lesser scope, time, or geographic area, or all of them as a court of competent jurisdiction may determine to be reasonable, not arbitrary, and not against public policy, shall be effective, binding, and enforceable against the Executive. The period of time applicable to any covenant in this Section 8.2 will be extended by the duration of any violation by the Executive of such covenant. The Executive shall, while the covenant under this Section 8.2 is in effect, give notice to the Employer, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identify of the Executive's employer. The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.
Service Year means fiscal year, except that:
Period of Service means the aggregate of all periods of service commencing with an Employee's first day of employment or reemployment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer and ending on the first day of a Period of Severance, or for benefit accrual purposes, ending on the severance from service date. The first day of employment or reemployment is the first day the Employee performs an Hour of Service. An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual). For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.
Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.
Planning Period means the 12 moths beginning June 1 and extending through May 31 of the following year, or such other period approved by the Members Committee.
Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
