Probe Program definition

Probe Program means the specific set of electrical and mechanical tests which test the electrical operational characteristics for each Die on a Wafer, as such set of tests is mutually agreed in writing by the Parties and set forth in the Specifications for such Wafer.
Probe Program means the specific set of electrical and mechanical tests provided by Company or mutually agreed upon by TSMC and Company and set forth in a Product Supplement which test the electrical operational characteristics for each Die on a Contract Wafer.
