Processing Year definition

Processing Year is defined in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.
Processing Year is defined in each Program Schedule.
Processing Year means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Migration Date and each anniversary thereof. In the event that the Migration Date occurs on a day other than the first day of a month, the final Processing Year will be increased by the number of days necessary to cause the Term to conclude on the last day of the month.

Examples of Processing Year in a sentence

  • Each subsequent Processing Year shall mean a twelve (12) month period commencing on the expiration of the preceding Processing Year (“Processing Year”).

  • This Program Schedule shall automatically extend for additional periods of one Processing Year each (a “Renewal Term”) following the conclusion of the Original Term and each Renewal Term, if any, thereafter, unless terminated prior to such extension as provided in this Section.

  • Processing Year 1 of the Term shall commence on July 1, 2002 and continue through June 30, 2003.

  • In Processing Year 4, Customer will submit to FDMS for processing at least [****] ([****]) Authorizations (the "Year 4 Minimum Authorizations").

  • In each Processing Year after Processing Year 4, Customer will submit to FDMS for processing Authorizations at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the actual Authorizations submitted during the immediately preceding Processing Year (the "Minimum Authorizations").


More Definitions of Processing Year

Processing Year shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.1.
Processing Year means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the first day of July and ending on the last day of June.
Processing Year means each consecutive twelve (12) month period of the Term commencing on August 1.
Processing Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first day of Processing Year 1 and on each anniversary of such date during the Term of this Agreement.

For example, if the first Processing Year (Processing Year 1) began on June 1, 2007, it would end on May 31, 2008 and Processing Year 2 would begin on June 1, 2008 and end on May 31, 2009. If the final Processing Year is less than twelve (12) months, non-specific references to amounts for such Processing Year shall be appropriately and equitably pro-rated.
