Procurement Manuals definition

Procurement Manuals means the following manuals to be adopted by the Borrower (i) Procurement Procedures Manual for Secondary Schools, Colleges and Polytechnics, (ii) Procurement Procedures Manual for Semi-Autonomous Government Agencies (SAGAs), (iii) Procurement Procedures Manual for MOE Headquarters, Provincial and District Offices and, (iv) Procurement Manual for Primary Schools;
Procurement Manuals means the manuals to be prepared by Karnataka in accordance with the Health Sector Procurement Reform Action Plan for procurement of medical equipment, and pharmaceuticals;
Procurement Manuals means the Federal Funding Procurement Manual and the Non-Federal Funding Procurement Manual.

  • The Bidding for the Project shall be governed by all the provisions of RA No. 9184 and its 2016 revised IRR, including its Generic Procurement Manuals and associated policies, rules and regulations as the primary source thereof, while the herein clauses shall serve as the secondary source thereof.

  • Procurement Manual means the Procurement Manual set forth as Annex 2 to the PIP, which manual sets out the procurement management and institutional arrangements and obligations under the Project, as such manual may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and the Association.

  • Procurement means the purchasing, buying, renting, leasing, or otherwise obtaining of any supplies, services, or construction. It includes all functions that pertain to the procurement of any supply, service, or construction item, including description of requirements, selection and solicitation of sources, preparation and award of contract, and all phases of contract administration;

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • PJM Manuals means the instructions, rules, procedures and guidelines established by the Office of the Interconnection for the operation, planning, and accounting requirements of the PJM Region and the PJM Interchange Energy Market. PJM Region:

  • Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Procurement Regulations means, for purposes of paragraph 85 of the Appendix to the General Conditions, the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Procurement Law means the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (insofar as the same are applicable) together with any statutory modification or replacement regulations or Legislation on procurement by public bodies; Professional Team means (as applicable) the architect, civil & structural engineer, the mechanical & electrical engineer and any other consultant appointed by the Grant Recipient in connection with a Firm Scheme; Prohibited Act means:

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy – Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;

  • Procurement Contract or “Contract” means any written agreement of the Authority for the acquisition of goods or services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of $25,000, or more.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier.   • Procurement item means a supply, a service, Custom Deliverable, construction, or technology that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.
