Product Attachment Term definition

Product Attachment Term means the period which shall commence on the date this Product Attachment is executed by the latter of the parties and shall expire thirty six (36) months thereafter.
Product Attachment Term means the period specified in a Product Attachment during which that Product Attachment shall be in effect.
Product Attachment Term as defined in Section 2.0, "Definitions" is amended and restated to read:

Examples of Product Attachment Term in a sentence

  • Each Product Attachment shall be in effect during its Product Attachment Term.

  • Buyer shall receive a credit for any and all payments made towards the purchase price prior to the termination of the Product Attachment Term.

  • The prices set forth in Schedule A with respect to any Initial System and/or Extension shall be in effect for the Product Attachment Term.

  • The prices listed in Schedule A shall apply to any Order for an Initial System and/or an Extension listed in Schedule A which shall be received by Nortel during the Product Attachment Term, provided that the delivery date for such Initial System and/or Extension as set forth in the applicable Order shall be not more than one hundred twenty (120) days after Nortel's acceptance of such Orders.

  • Buyer may during the Product Attachment Term issue Orders for additional DMS-500 Initial Systems and Extensions as described in Schedule A for delivery and installation in Buyer's facilities.

  • The Credits may not be redeemed for cash or used for the purchase of any other products or services, and Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund for any Credits not used prior to the expiration of the Product Attachment Term.

  • Buyer may use the credits any time during the Product Attachment Term.

  • For any such Line Cards previously purchased during the Product Attachment Term, Nortel shall invoice Buyer for the /***/.

  • Within thirty (30) days after expiration of the Product Attachment Term, Nortel shall prepare an adjustment invoice for the difference between the per port prices set forth in Schedule A, Section 1.2 (a) theretofore invoiced to Buyer, based upon the assumption that it would timely satisfy the Purchase Commitment, and the per port prices set forth in Schedule A, Section 1.2 (b) multiplied by the number of ports ordered by Buyer prior to that time.

  • Buyer may, during the Product Attachment Term, issue additional Orders for any miscellaneous circuit packs, as described in the attached Schedule A ("Miscellaneous Circuit Packs").


More Definitions of Product Attachment Term

Product Attachment Term means the period set forth in Section 1.4 herein.

Related to Product Attachment Term

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Order Form Term means the duration of an Order Form.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, as set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products using the Active Materials, Components, and Xxxx Back Items;

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Client Terminal means the MetaTrader program version 4 and/or 5, which is used by the Client in order to obtain information of financial markets (which content is defined by the Company) in real-time, to make technical analysis of the markets, make Transactions, place/modify/delete Orders, as well as to receive notices from the Company. The program can be downloaded on the Website free of charge.

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program. Switching fees may apply to you under your local utility’s tariff if you are accepted into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Services Term means the period during which you are entitled by Red Hat to use, receive access or consume a particular Red Hat Product pursuant to an Order Form or Business Partner order.

  • Service Terms means the service terms applicable to each Service, which are made part of this Agreement upon the date you elect to register for or use the applicable Service, and any subsequent modifications we make to those terms.

  • Payment Terms for a Supply Point means the Payment Method and Payment Period for it;

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.
