Product Monthly Quantity definition

Product Monthly Quantity means the respective amount of each type of Product set forth in Exhibit E that Seller has agreed to provide to Buyer from the DRAM Resource for each day of the respective Showing Months.
Product Monthly Quantity means the respective amount of each type of Product set forth in Exhibit E that Seller has agreed to provide to Buyer from the DRAM Resource for each day of the respective Showing Months. “Residential Customer” means a DRAM Resource Customer [which is a Single Family or Multi-Family Dwelling customer on a Domestic rate, including RV Parks, Residential Hotels, and Mobile Home Parks and includes electric vehicle charging for customers on Domestic Rate if separately metered, as such capitalized terms are defined in Rule 1] {For SCE} [which is a single family or multi- family dwelling customer on SDG&E domestic rate schedule "DR", "DR-TOU", "TOU-DR", "DR-SES", "DM", "DS", "DT", "DT-RV", "EV-TOU", or "EV-TOU-2] {for SDG&E} [whose dwelling is single- family units, multi-family units, mobile homes, or other similar living establishments] {for PG&E} . “Residential Customer Product” means Product that is comprised solely of Residential Customers and Small Commercial Customers; provided that the percentage of Residential Customers in the PDR(s) constituting the DRAM Resource is equal to or greater than ninety percent (90%). Where multiple PDRs, or portions thereof, are used to meet Seller’s Demonstrated Capacity obligations, the percentage requirements apply in the aggregate, based on the total number of PDR Customer service accounts in the DRAM Resource used to show Demonstrated Capacity. As noted, PG&E executed a total of 14 PAs with counterparties. The executed PAs are provided as part of the Advice Letter filing.

Examples of Product Monthly Quantity in a sentence

  • Seller grants, pledges, assigns, and otherwise commits to Buyer the Product Monthly Quantity and all Resource Adequacy Benefits of the Product as associated with the DRAM Resource to enable Buyer to meet its RAR, Local RAR and/or Flexible RAR, as applicable.

  • In the event that material changes to definition of Resource Adequacy, including but not limited to changes in the Resource Adequacy Availability Assessment Hours, are adopted during the Term of this Agreement, then Seller may, in its sole discretion, by providing Notice to Buyer on or before August 1, 2018 either (i) reduce the Product Monthly Quantity for the following year or (ii) terminate this Agreement.

  • Seller shall, on a timely basis, submit, or cause its SC to submit, a Supply Plan to CAISO in accordance with the CAISO Tariff to identify and confirm the Product Monthly Quantity for each type of Product to be provided to Buyer from the DRAM Resource for each Showing Month.

  • During the Delivery Period, Seller shall sell and deliver, and Buyer shall purchase and receive, the Product(s) as indicated in Table 1.1(b) in the respective amount of the Product Monthly Quantity, as indicated in Exhibit E, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • To the extent Vitol does not choose to purchase all of the Excess Product Monthly Quantity, BKRF may sell all or any applicable portion of the Excess Product Monthly Quantity to another Person; provided that BKRF shall not be obligated to pay to Vitol any Product Administrative Fee for each Gallon of Product sold to such other Person(s).

  • Product Monthly Quantity and Corresponding Contract Price The Product Monthly Quantity and Contract Price for the type of Product indicated in Table 1.1(b) for each applicable Showing Month during the Delivery Period is set forth in Exhibit E.

Related to Product Monthly Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Contract Month means the expiry month January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, .

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Supply Period means the period commencing on the Supply Period Start Date and terminating on the Termination Date.

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.

  • Net Sales Price means the gross sales price to retailers of all Licensed Products sold under this Agreement or, with respect to Licensed Products that are not sold directly or indirectly to retailers, other ultimate consumers (as in the case of accommodation sales by Licensee to its employees or sales by Licensee in its own shops), less trade discounts, merchandise returns, sales tax (if separately identified and charged) and markdowns and/or chargebacks which, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, would normally be treated as deductions from gross sales, and which, in any event, do not include any chargebacks or the like for advertising, fixture or retail shop costs or contributions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensor hereby waives its right to (i) receive royalties hereunder for, or (ii) include within the calculation of Net Sales Price for the purpose of calculating the Annual Advertising Obligation as set forth in paragraph 4.6 hereof, sales of units of Licensed Products sold at a discount of [OMITTED; MATERIAL FILED SEPARATELY WITH SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION] or more off the regular wholesale price ("Discounted Units"), provided that such waiver shall only apply to the extent that the aggregate Net Sales Price of Discounted Units for any year does not exceed [OMITTED; MATERIAL FILED SEPARATELY WITH SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION] of the Net Sales Price of all units of Licensed Products other than Discounted Units sold in such year. For purposes of this Agreement, affiliates of Licensee shall mean all persons and business entities, whether corporations, partnerships, joint ventures or otherwise, which now or hereafter control, or are owned or controlled, directly or indirectly by Licensee, or are under common control with Licensee. It is the intention of the parties that royalties will be based on the bona fide wholesale prices at which Licensee sells Licensed Products to independent retailers in arms' length transactions. In the event Licensee shall sell Licensed Products to its affiliates, royalties shall be calculated on the basis of such a bona fide wholesale price irrespective of Licensee's internal accounting treatment of such sale unless such products are sold by its affiliates directly to the end-user consumer, in which case royalties shall be calculated on the basis of the price paid by the end-user consumer, less applicable taxes. Licensee shall identify separately in the statements provided to Licensor pursuant to paragraph 7 hereof, all sales to affiliates. At least once annually and no later than 90 days after the close of Licensee's fiscal year, Licensee shall furnish to Licensor a statement of the Net Sales Price of all Licensed Products sold during the year just ended, which shall be certified by the independent auditor for Licensee as correct and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories and any discount given but excluding retailer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and / or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to

  • Royalty Year means, (i) for the year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs (the “First Royalty Year”), the period commencing with the first day of the Calendar Quarter in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and expiring on the last day of the Calendar Year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and (ii) for each subsequent year, each successive Calendar Year.
