Rental Plan definition

Rental Plan means CNHi Rental Equipment Plan, CNHi Rental Flex Plan, Rent-To-Own Plan or any other rental plan from time to time established jointly by CNHi and CNHi Capital in connection with a Wholesale Credit Line and published in the Discounts and Terms.
Rental Plan shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit A.

Rental Plan means the Rental Plan as set out at the beginning of these rental terms and conditions and detailed on the Equipment Schedule.

During the 7th thru 12th month from date of the Floor Plan contract skip payments of principal only will be granted for maximum of 3 skip payments during third period. During the 2nd and 3rd year from date of the Floor Plan contract skip payments of principal only will be granted with a maximum of 3 skip payments within each 12 month period.
