Production Profile definition

Production Profile means the projected rates of production, projected declines in production, the percentage of oil or gas production to the total of all production of oil or gas, and other elements, characteristics, or components of or respecting the production, recovery or projected production or recovery of oil or gas attributable to the Proved Reserves of the Mineral Properties, as set forth in the Reserve Reports covering the Mineral Properties which were utilized in determining the initial Borrowing Base hereunder.
Production Profile has the meaning given such term in Section 6.5.
Production Profile. The most recent and mean or P50 forecast for a Field as forwarded to the Relevant Authority as basis for approval of production and modified in accordance with the approval. The production profile shall specify the average volume of Crude Petroleum that can be produced and delivered for transportation in Barrels per Day as follows: - for the two (2) following years - year 1 and 2 - specified for each Month; - for the subsequent years - year 3 and 4 - specified for each Calendar Quarter; - for the remaining lifetime of the Field - year 5 and following years - specified per Semester or Calendar Quarter.

Production Profile means the expected hourly production of the Facility as measured at the Main Facility Meter for the Performance Guarantee Period as of the Effective Date, the monthly summary of which is set forth in the contract (to be provided with bid). Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Supplier Profit means, in relation to a period, the difference between the total Charges (in nominal cash flow terms but excluding any Deductions (as defined in Call Off Schedule 1 (Definitions)) and total Costs (in nominal cash flow terms) in respect of any Call Off Agreements for the relevant period;

  • Profile means a building's cross-sectional shape or the shape of its outline.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Production Purposes means using the Software (a) in a production environment, (b) generally using live data and/or applications for a purpose other than Development Purposes, (c) for multi-user prototyping, quality assurance and testing and/or (d) for backup instances.

For purposes of this Agreement, a Phase I trial shall specifically exclude a study in healthy volunteers.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
