Examples of Products of Licensee in a sentence

  • The licenses granted to Licensee in Section 2.01 include the right to grant sublicenses to customers of the SpinCo Group in connection with Commercialization of the Licensed Products of Licensee and the SpinCo Group in the ordinary course of business, in each case solely for the benefit of the SpinCo Business; provided, that Licensee ensures that the terms of any such sublicense are consistent with the terms of this Agreement and any such sublicensee complies with such sublicense.

  • Notwithstanding Section 5.2 above, interaction with the regulatory agencies in any country, including, without limitation the FDA, concerning Wet Electrode Products of Licensee in the Field of Use shall be exclusively conducted by Licensee and Licensee shall be the official company sponsor.

  • Upon such termination or expiration the parties hereto shall jointly immediately cause physical inventories to be taken of (a) Licensed Products of Licensee on hand (including Licensed Products in the process of manufacture on hand and for which orders have been placed that cannot be canceled without penalty.

  • Proprietary product means a manufactured component or other product that is produced by a private person. It may be protected by patent, trademark or copyright.
