Professional Compensation Claim definition

Professional Compensation Claim means a Claim for compensation or reimbursement of expenses of a Professional retained in the Chapter 11 Case, and requested in accordance with the provisions of 11 U.S.C. §§ 327, 328, 330, 331, 503(b) and/or 1103.
Professional Compensation Claim means all Administrative Expense Claims for compensation, indemnification, or reimbursement of expenses incurred by Professionals through the Confirmation Date pursuant to section 327, 328, 330, 331, 363, or 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases.
Professional Compensation Claim means a Claim of a Professional for professional services rendered or costs incurred on or after the Petition Date. For the avoidance of doubt, Professional Compensation Claims may include Claims of Professionals for services estimated to be provided through and including the Effective Date.

  • On the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtors shall establish the Professional Compensation Claim Reserve for payment of Allowed Professional Compensation Claims and shall pay such Professional Compensation Claims in Cash in the amount the Bankruptcy Court allows from such reserve and from the Reorganized Debtors’ Cash.

  • Objections to Professional Compensation Claims must be Filed and served on the Reorganized Debtors and the Professional to whose application the objections are addressed no later than the Professional Compensation Claim Objection Deadline.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the failure to object to Confirmation of this Plan by a Holder of an Allowed Administrative Expense Claim (other than the Holder of an Allowed Accrued Professional Compensation Claim), Allowed Priority Tax Claim, or Allowed Other Priority Claim against any Homer City Debtor shall be deemed to be such Holder’s agreement to receive treatment for such Claim that is different from that set forth in section 1129(a)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code.

Professional Compensation Claim means a Claim for compensation or reimbursement of expenses of a Professional retained in the Bankruptcy Case or any Chapter 11 trustee, and requested in accordance with the provisions of 11 U.S.C. §§ 326, 327, 328, 330, 331, 503(b) and 1103; provided that for the purposes of any Claim asserted by any professional not so employed in the Bankruptcy Case, but asserting any Claim like a Professional on account of any service for or engagement by any foreign representative or foreign proceeding, the holder of such Claim shall have to comply with the same bar dates, duties and requirements as the holder of a Professional Compensation Claim as one condition precedent to seeking any standing or treatment as such, with the Reorganized Debtor and other parties in interest reserving all other challenges and defenses thereto.
Professional Compensation Claim means a claim for compensation or reimbursement of expenses of a Professional incurred on or before the Effective Date and including fees and expenses incurred in preparing final fee applications and participating in hearings on such applications, and requested in accordance with the provisions of 11 U.S.C. §§ 326, 327, 328, 330, 331, 363, 503(b), and 1103.
Professional Compensation Claim means any Claim by a Professional for compensation and/or reimbursement of expenses pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §330.
