Professional Services Charges definition

Professional Services Charges means the Charges for Professional Services.
Professional Services Charges means charges for the Professional Services set out in the Call Off Agreement or Order Form;
Professional Services Charges means the sum of all Professional Services Fees in relation to the provision of any professional services provided to the Customer by LoopUp (or its subcontractors);

More Definitions of Professional Services Charges

Professional Services Charges means the charges for the Professional Services set out in the Call Off Agreement; “Renewal Period” has the meaning in respect of each Product set out in the Call Off Agreement;
Professional Services Charges means the charges payable by the Customer as consideration for the rendering of Professional Services by SPINWELL-GLU, which charges will, be calculated on a Time and Materials basis and defined in a Statement of Work. Related to Professional Services Charges

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.
