Profiling Services definition

Profiling Services means the additional characterization of Compounds that interact with the Target(s) as more particularly described in the respective Project Description(s), including dose response studies or other secondary testing and retesting, and DMPK testing.
Profiling Services means the activities undertaken by Evotec under this Agreement to characterize Evotec Library Compounds and/or Services Compounds that interact with a Target (including selectivity testing, concentration response testing and potentially in vivo efficacy studies as agreed by the JSC).

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.
