Program Area Chair means any unit member appointed by the President of a University, in accordance with the provisions of Article VI of this Agreement, to fulfill the responsibilities set forth herein with respect to any program area of such University.

  • The librarian so designated by the President shall be known as the Library Program Area Chair.
