Program Marks definition

Program Marks means all services marks, trademarks or trade designations now or hereafter owned or adopted by the Networks.
Program Marks means the registered and common law trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos and designs of Bank and Program Manager or its agents and subcontractors, which may be used by Blackboard in connection with the Program Solutions, as identified by Program Manager in writing from time to time.
Program Marks mean the brands, emblems, trademarks and/or logos that identify Visa, MasterCard, and DFS cards. Additionally, Merchant shall not use the Program Marks other than to display decals, signage, advertising and other forms depicting the Program Marks that are provided to Merchant by Moneris/Xxxxxx pursuant to the Merchant Program or otherwise approved in advance in writing by Moneris/Xxxxxx. Merchant may use the Program Marks only to promote the services covered by the Program Marks by using them on decals, indoor and outdoor signs, websites, advertising materials and marketing materials, provided that all such uses by Merchants must be approved in advance by Moneris/Xxxxxx in writing. Merchant shall not use the Program Marks in such a way that customers could believe that the products or services offered by Merchant are sponsored or guaranteed by Moneris/Xxxxxx or the owners of the Program Marks. Merchant recognizes that it has no proprietary rights in the Program Marks. Merchant shall not assign to any third party any of the rights to use the Program Marks.

  • As such, the Participating Organization agrees that use of the Program Marks shall be conducted only in accordance with this Agreement, only as permitted and approved by USAB, and that the Participating Organization shall use best efforts to provide the highest quality events and facilities with respect to all activities conducted by the Participating Organization as it relates to the Program.

More Definitions of Program Marks

Program Marks means (1) the mark “OPNFV Verified” and (2) any other logos and marks described in the Visual Branding Guide, as defined herein.
