Program Plans definition

Program Plans means the Development Plans, the Manufacturing/CMC Plans, and the Yearly Brand Plans.
Program Plans means the Preclinical Plans, the Clinical Plans, the Manufacturing/CMC Plans, the Regulatory Plans, the Marketing Plans, and the Accounting and Finance Plans.
Program Plans means collectively the Product Specifications, the Marketing Plan and the Sales Plan.

More Definitions of Program Plans

Program Plans means any written plans (which may include a detailed strategy and proposed timelines) describing the activities to be carried out by each party during each Calendar Year pursuant to this Agreement or any other Collaboration Document that are approved by the AMC, or a committee thereof, during the Term.

Related to Program Plans

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • layout plan means a plan of the project depicting the division or proposed division of land into plots, roads, open spaces, amenities, etc. and other details as may be necessary;

  • Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.
