Progress Payment Requisition definition

Progress Payment Requisition. Means One or more of the forms of Progress Payment Document required under Part II, Section 4.2 and annexed at Appendix F.
Progress Payment Requisition. Means One or more of the forms of Progress Payment Document required under Part II, Section 4.2 and annexed at Appendix F. “Progress Payments” Means Partial payments made to the Contractor by the Owner in accordance with Part II, Section 4.2 “Progress Reports” Means Reports which the Contractor is obligated to prepare that show the status of the Work in accordance with the Project Schedule or any other Progress Schedule. “Progress Schedule” Means Any schedule issued or approved by the Owner for the performance of the Work, including, without limitation, Project or Work milestones, deadlines or delivery dates.

  • Progress Payments County shall make periodic progress payments consist with the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payments, as provided in paragraph 5.2.1 below. (Payment pursuant to this Contract shall be made as earned, in whole or in part, from available County funds in an amount not to exceed the contract amount.) 5.2.1 Prior to Contract Completion, unless terminated prior to Completion, progress payments shall occur in an amount equal to:

  • Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment submitted by the contractor under this contract.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Project Revenues means all rates, rents, fees, assessments, charges, and other receipts derived or to be derived by a qualified borrower from a qualified project or made available from a special source, and, as provided in the applicable financing agreement, derived from any system of which the qualified project is a part of, from any other revenue producing facility under the ownership or control of the qualified borrower including, without limitation, proceeds of grants, gifts, appropriations and loans, including the proceeds of loans made by the bank, investment earnings, reserves for capital and current expenses, proceeds of insurance or condemnation and proceeds from the sale or other disposition of property and from any other special source as may be provided by the qualified borrower.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.
