Project Antibody Invention definition

Project Antibody Invention means (a) any invention or discovery, whether or not patentable, that constitutes the composition of matter of, or any method of specifically making or using, any Project Antibody or a Derived Antibody; and (b) all Intellectual Property Rights therein.
