Project Construction Completion Certificate definition

Project Construction Completion Certificate means the certificate issued to the Concessionaire by the Concessioning Authority and as described in Article 2.8.2.
Project Construction Completion Certificate means the certificate issued to the Concessionaire by the Authority as described in Article 6.
