Project Implementation Agency definition

Project Implementation Agency or “PIA” means the society to be established by Pondicherry in accordance with paragraph 1 (b) (ii) of Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement under the Borrower’s Societies Registration Act, 1860 (21 of 1860), as amended which shall, inter alia, be responsible for carrying out of the Project in Pondicherry;
