Project Improvement Plan definition

Project Improvement Plan means a report detailing action required, as agreed in negotiation between us, to remedy a situation where, in our opinion, progress in relation to the Project has fallen below the minimum required standard which may include;
Project Improvement Plan means, collectively, any “property improvement plan” or similar plan for alterations, repairs and maintenance of the Property with which Borrower or Operating Lessee is required to comply under any Management Agreement or Franchise Agreement.
