Project Leader shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(e)(v).
Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;
City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;
Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.
Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.
Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.
Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.
Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;
Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.
Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
Subproject means a specific project to be carried out by an existing BE utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan or Investment, as hereinafter defined, fulfilling the conditions set forth in Part A of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;
Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.
Project Management Unit and “PMU” each means the Recipient’s unit responsible for the implementation of its Respective Part of the Project referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Engineer means the surveyor or engineer employed by or private
Project Highway means the Site comprising the existing road {, proposed bypasses and tunnels} forming part of [NH-** from km ** to km **] and all Project Assets, and its subsequent development and augmentation in accordance with this Agreement;
Sustainability Coordinator means BofA Securities, Inc., in its capacity as the sustainability coordinator.
Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or
Total resource cost test or "TRC test" means a standard that is met if, for an investment in energy efficiency or demand-response measures, the benefit-cost ratio is greater than one. The benefit-cost ratio is the ratio of the net present value of the total benefits of the program to the net present value of the total costs as calculated over the lifetime of the measures. A total resource cost test compares the sum of avoided electric utility costs, representing the benefits that accrue to the system and the participant in the delivery of those efficiency measures, as well as other quantifiable societal benefits, including avoided natural gas utility costs, to the sum of all incremental costs of end-use measures that are implemented due to the program (including both utility and participant contributions), plus costs to administer, deliver, and evaluate each demand-side program, to quantify the net savings obtained by substituting the demand-side program for supply resources. In calculating avoided costs of power and energy that an electric utility would otherwise have had to acquire, reasonable estimates shall be included of financial costs likely to be imposed by future regulations and legislation on emissions of greenhouse gases.
Stormwater management BMP means an excavation or embankment and related areas designed to retain stormwater runoff. A stormwater management BMP may either be normally dry (that is, a detention basin or infiltration system), retain water in a permanent pool (a retention basin), or be planted mainly with wetland vegetation (most constructed stormwater wetlands).
Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.
Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.
