Project Safety Plan definition

Project Safety Plan means Seller’s written plan that includes the Safeguards and plans to comply with the Safety Requirements, as such Safeguards and Safety Requirements are generally outlined in Appendix XI.

  • Each Party has the right, at its sole expense, during normal working hours, and after reasonable Notice, to examine the records of the other Party to the extent reasonably necessary to verify the accuracy of any statement (including the Project Safety Plan or other documents that supplement this Agreement), charge, or computation made pursuant to this Agreement.

Related to Project Safety Plan

  • Safety Plan means a written document that has procedures, requirements, or standards related to safety which the pool staff shall follow. The safety plan shall include training and emergency response procedures.

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.
