Integrated Management System. 8.1 The Contractor shall procure that all material aspects of its performance under this Agreement are undertaken in compliance with an Integrated Management System in accordance with Good Industry Practice and an appropriate third party certification against an internationally accepted standard. 8.2 The Contractor shall ensure that its Integrated Management System contains all such Internal Procedures as are necessary: 8.2.1 to comply with its legal obligations; 8.2.2 to ensure that it is able to operate safely, securely and efficiently; and 8.2.3 to comply with all Authority Policies and Procedures so far as is consistent with this Agreement. 8.3 The Contractor shall: 8.3.1 upon the Authority's request, supply a detailed list of all existing and applicable Internal Procedures together with such copies of any Internal Procedures as may be required by the Authority; 8.3.2 immediately notify the Authority of any change to an Internal Procedure which materially impacts upon the Authority, including a potential impact to the Cost of or risks to the delivery of the Client Specification and/or the Interim End State; and 8.3.3 provide to the Authority on a monthly basis a log reporting all significant changes to all Internal Procedures. 8.4 When requested by the Authority to do so, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority the basis and rationale for the creation or modification of any Internal Procedure and an explanation of how this reflects Good Industry Practice. 8.5 The Contractor shall, within the time reasonably specified by the Authority, prepare and submit for the Authority's approval any further Internal Procedures and modifications to existing Internal Procedures reasonably identified as being required by the Authority for the purposes of delivery of the Client Specification. 8.6 When responding to any Contractor request for the Authority's approval of changes to the Contractor's Internal Procedures, the Authority shall: 8.6.1 respond in writing within thirty (30) Calendar Days (or such other period as the Parties may, acting reasonably, agree) of receipt of such request; and 8.6.2 where the Authority does not approve of such changes, provide reasons for any determination that the Contractor's proposed changes to its Internal Procedures are unsuitable. 8.7 For the avoidance of doubt, where Authority Customer Contracts or Contractor Customer Contracts place specific obligations on the Contractor in relation to its Integrated Management System, the ...
Integrated Management System. (1) For the protection of data, information and the business continuity the Processor maintains a regulatory and compliance framework – called Integrated Management System (IMS) – that applies international industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI-DSS. (2) The Processor's Corporate Governance Policy describes all the efforts that are made to ensure compliance with protection of information, data and business continuity. (3) The Processor’s Integrated Management System covers amongst others: Information Security, Physical security, Network Security, Protection Against Malicious Code, Operational Security, Asset Management, Access Management (4) The Processor undertakes to comply with related legal regulations, in particular GDPR.

Integrated Management System. (a) Project Co shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 11 – Integrated Management System Requirements. (b) Project Co shall cause (A) the Construction Contractor, at its sole cost and expense, to conduct an inspection of its facilities and of its health and safety management systems on an annual basis until Final Completion or as otherwise required in accordance with Sections 9.6(c)(vi)(C) or 9.6(c)(vii)(C) (each, an “H&S Construction Inspection”), and (B) cause the Maintenance and Rehabilitation Contractor, at its sole cost and expense, to conduct an inspection of its facilities and its health and safety management systems on an annual basis commencing on the first anniversary of the Substantial Completion Date and thereafter until the end of the Project Term or as otherwise required in accordance with Sections 9.6(c)(vi)(C) or 9.6(c)(vii)(C), (each, an “H&S Maintenance Inspection”), which H&S Construction Inspection and H&S Maintenance Inspection shall: (i) be conducted by a Certified H&S Inspector; (ii) during the performance of the Works, include, at a minimum (A) a review of general compliance with all applicable Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ontario) requirements, compliance with all safety manuals applicable to the Site at which the Works are being conducted and (B) a review of the Construction Contractor’s job hazard analysis documentation on any portion of the Lands which could endanger or put at risk the safety of any Person working at the Site; and (iii) during the performance of the Maintenance and Rehabilitation Services, include, at a minimum (A) a review of general compliance with all applicable Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ontario) requirements, and compliance with all safety manuals applicable to the provision of the Maintenance and Rehabilitation Services and (B) a review of the Maintenance and Rehabilitation Contractor’s job hazard analysis documentation relating to the provision of Maintenance and Rehabilitation Services. (c) Project Co shall cause the results of each H&S Construction Inspection (such results referred to as the “H&S Construction Inspection Report”) to be delivered to the City and the Works Committee not more than 10 Business Days from the date on which a H&S Construction Inspection is completed. Iowa Workforce Development, Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Iowa Department for the Blind, and Iowa Department of Education, Adult Education and Literacy, are working to develop technological enhancements that allow interfaces of common information needs for WIOA implementation. To support the use of these tools, the One-Stop Partner agrees to: 13.5.1. The principles of common reporting and shared information through electronic mechanisms including shared technology; 13.5.2. Commit to share information to the greatest extent allowable under their governing legislation and confidentiality requirements; and 13.5.3. Develop a process for shared case management that coordinates services and leverage funding to meet the employment needs of an individual job seeker/customer.
