Project Schedule of Values or “Project SOV” means the Developer’s baseline schedule of values submitted with the Proposal, as is set forth in Exhibit 3 (Developer’s Proposal Commitments), Part C (Project Schedule of Values).

  • Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.

The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.
