Secretariat means the office constituted as per Sub-Clause (1) of Clause 6 of the Scheme.
Cabinet Secretary means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to finance;
Member Secretary means the Member Secretary of the Board;
Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.
Company Secretary means a company secretary as defined in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980) and who has obtained a certificate of practice under sub-section (1) of section 6 of that Act;
Deputy Secretary means the person holding, acting in, or performing the duties of Deputy Secretary of Higher Education and Skills in the Department.
General Secretary means the General Secretary of the Federation.
Secretary-General means the Secretary-General of the Organization.
Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.
Deputy President means a Deputy President of the Tribunal;
Local director means the director or his designated representative of the local department of the
Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of the County.
General Manager means the Officer-in-Charge of the general superintendence and control of the Zonal Railway/Production Units and shall also include the General Manager (Construction) and shall mean and include their successors, of the Successor Railway.
Airport Manager means any individual who is properly appointed and designated by the airport owner as the airport manager, and who is responsible for the supervision and operation of the airport to the airport owner.
Executive Secretary means the executive secretary of the board.
Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;
Direct supervision means oversight at a distance within which:
Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
President means the President of the Corporation.
Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.
Project Sponsor and “Sponsor” means an Applicant/Co-Applicants who receives a Carryover Allocation of Tax Credits and any other person who acquires an ownership interest in any owner of a project which has received a Carryover Allocation of Tax Credits from the Division.
Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.
City Chief Procurement Officer or “CCPO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Mayor to coordinate and oversee the procurement activity of Mayoral agency staff, including the ACCOs.
Substantial development means any development of which the total cost or fair market value exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars, or any development which materially interferes with the normal public use of the water or shorelines of the state; except that the following shall not be considered substantial developments for the purpose of this chapter:
