Project Study definition

Project Study means the process by which OpenNet confirms its ability to provide a Service requested by the Requesting Licensee under the applicable Schedule;
Project Study means the process by which SingTel confirms its ability to provide a Service requested by the Requesting Licensee under the applicable Schedule;
Project Study means the process by which NetLink Trust confirms its ability to provide a Service requested by the Requesting Licensee under the applicable Schedule;

  • The Parties agree that the Criteria Architect’s Services described herein will be based on the Criteria Architect administering the work of providing professional services during Project Study, Site Acquisition, Performance Criteria, and/or Design-Build Phases for the Project as Phases are authorized.

  • Professional services for this Project shall be provided in the Phase/Task sequence shown below and shall be rendered in accordance with the Professional’s attached Project Study, Design, and Proposed Construction Schedule.

  • At the request of the Project Study Steering Committee, the Engineer shall propose strategies and timing for implementing proposed regulations, ordinances and land use practices.

  • The services required will be associated with the following Phases: Project Study Phase: Contract for or employ at Architect's expense, a sufficient number of specialists and other workers with requisite skills and experience as appropriate for the successful completion of this portion of the work.

  • The list of recommended projects shall be prioritized in cooperation with the Project Study Steering Committee.

Related to Project Study

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.
