Created Jobs" means the number of new Full-time Equivalent (FTE) Jobs the Business will add to the Community which meet the Project Wage Obligation over and above the number of Community Base Jobs and/or Retained Jobs.
If the Business received a Loan at a rate that is below the annual interest rate for non-compliance as set periodically by the IDED Board, the remaining principal amount of the Loan may be prorated between the percentage of FTE Jobs created/retained (if applicable) at the Project Wage Threshold and the percentage of the shortfall.
