Promo Content definition

Promo Content shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3 of this Agreement.
Promo Content means NFL Content provided by NFLE and formatted for online distribution by SportsLine for AOL pursuant to Section 6 of the Agreement for inclusion within a Placement.

  • The Parties will meet in person or by telephone at least monthly to review operations and performance hereunder, including a review of the Promo Content to ensure that it is designed to maximize performance.

Related to Promo Content

  • Client Content means content you, or any person(s) acting on your behalf or using your password or account, supplies to us, posts, or makes available for use in your Services.
