Promotion Rules definition

Promotion Rules or “Rules” means these rules.
Promotion Rules means a set of written rules that govern the manner of participating in a Promotion and, at a minimum, include the following: identification of the Promotion, and the manner of winning ea ch Prize.
Promotion Rules means: (a) the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Health Care Professionals; and (b) upon reasonable notice by Xxxxxxx to Company, any other similar rules, policies or procedures with respect to the promotion of pharmaceutical products in the Territory that Xxxxxxx deems necessary or advisable to follow (including Xxxxxxx’x compliance policies).

Examples of Promotion Rules in a sentence

  • Xxxxxxx may revise, update or develop additional Promotional Materials from time to time during the Term, as deemed necessary and appropriate by Xxxxxxx, including based on: (i) changes in the Product Label and Insert; (ii) requirements or mandates of the FDA or other Regulatory Authorities or any Laws; or (iii) changes in the Promotion Rules.

  • Company shall ensure that all of its personnel involved in the activities set forth under this Agreement comply with all applicable Laws and the Promotion Rules.

  • Xxxxxxx or an authorized representative of Xxxxxxx, and any governmental agency that regulates a Party, may, at reasonable times during the Term and upon reasonable notice to Company, inspect and audit the Books and Records of Company with respect to Company’s obligations under this Agreement for the sole purpose of evaluating Company’s compliance with Sections 3.1.3, 3.4.2, 11.5 and 11.6 of this Agreement, applicable Laws and the Promotion Rules.

Reg. 77601 et seq.) or by the staff of any such agency, or as may be provided by any such agency or its staff from time to time, in each case, as effective from time to time as of the applicable compliance date specified therein.

  • UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules means the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.

  • U.S. Risk Retention Rules means the federal interagency credit risk retention rules, codified at 17 C.F.R. Part 246.

  • Credit Risk Retention Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(a).

  • Common Rule means the "Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments; Final Rule" originally issued at 53 FR 8034-8103 (March 11, 1988). Other common rules will be referred to by their specific titles.

  • JAMS Rules has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 13 hereof.

  • Evaluation rubric means a set of criteria, measures, and processes used to evaluate all teaching staff members in a specific school district or local education agency. Evaluation rubrics consist of measures of professional practice, based on educator practice instruments and student outcomes. Each Board of Education will have an evaluation rubric specifically for teachers, another specifically for Principals, Vice Principals, and Assistant Principals, and evaluation rubrics for other categories of teaching staff members.

  • Breach Notification Rule means the HIPAA Regulation that is codified at 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, Subparts A and D.

  • M&A Rules means the Provisions on Merging and Acquiring Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors, which was promulgated by six Governmental Agencies, namely, the Ministry of Commerce, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the State Administration for Taxation, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the “CSRC”), and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, on August 8, 2006 and became effective on September 8, 2006, as amended by the Ministry of Commerce on June 22, 2009.

  • Good Manufacturing Practices or “GMP” shall mean the then current Good Manufacturing Practices as such term is defined from time to time by the FDA or other relevant Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the development, manufacture or sale of the Product in the Territory pursuant to its regulations, guidelines or otherwise.

  • Good Manufacturing Practice or “GMP” means the current good manufacturing practices applicable from time to time to the manufacturing of a Product or any intermediate thereof pursuant to Applicable Law.

  • HKIAC Rules shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.13(a).

  • Model Rules means the State of Oregon’s Attorney General’s model rules of procedure for Public Contracting, which are set forth in OAR Chapter 137, divisions 46, 47, 48, and 49, and required under ORS 279A.065.

  • FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.

  • JAMS means JAMS, Inc. or its successor entity, a judicial arbitration and mediation service.

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • PPB Rules means the rules of the Procurement Policy Board as set forth in Title 9 of the Rules of the City of New York (“RCNY”), § 1-01 et seq.

  • Good Industry Practice means standards, practices, methods and procedures conforming to the Law and the degree of skill and care, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced person or body engaged in a similar type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances.

  • ICC Rules means the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in effect on the date the applicable arbitration proceeding begins.

  • Current Good Manufacturing Practices or “cGMP” means applicable Good Manufacturing Practices as specified in the United States Code of Federal Regulations and/or the EU Good Manufacturing Guidelines, and any successor legislation from time to time, prevailing at the time of the manufacture of the Product.

  • Business Rules means the business rules established by JSCC regarding its Financial Instruments Obligation Assumption Service for CDS Transactions, as amended, if applicable.
