Promotional Program definition

Promotional Program means any special Cardholder payment terms approved by Bank for certain Purchases, including without limitation any Purchases not made pursuant to regular revolving credit terms. The initial Promotional Programs are set forth in Schedule A.
Promotional Program means the marketing plan, strategy and promotional message for the Product, which will include use of the Promotional Material and the Promotional Expense Budget.
Promotional Program means a specially-produced Program, the subject matter of which is “the making of” the applicable Interactive Program, which may include interviews, behind-the-scenes information, segments of the applicable Interactive Program, etc. Promotional Program does not include a “Commercial” within the scope of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract (i.e. a short promotional message of less than three (3) minutes, irrespective of medium).

Examples of Promotional Program in a sentence

  • Effective July 1, 2005, each Principal Performer seen or heard in recorded material incorporated from a game into a Promotional Program exceeding twelve (12) minutes in length shall be entitled to no less a single session payment at the applicable day performer minimum for the use of such footage and soundtrack.

  • Further, if a performer is seen or heard in a Promotional Program exceeding twelve (12) minutes in length the performer shall be compensated no less than a session fee at the applicable day performer rate.

Promotional Program means an educational program regarding the Product conducted by a Third Party healthcare provider within TYME’s approved speakers bureau for SM-88 (racemetyrosine), located in a healthcare provider office or an outside venue, all in accordance with TYME speakers bureau guidelines.

Promotional Program. Promotional Program shall mean the promotional program pertaining to the Product provided by OBI to Millennium from time to time pursuant to Section 6.1(e) hereof, which program shall be consistent with the applicable Commercialization plans for the License Territory and include Promotional Materials, Product briefing documents, information about OBI and the Product and strategy and tactical plans to promote the Product.
Promotional Program means the promotional program pertaining to the Product provided by WL to Ascent pursuant to SECTION 3.3(a) hereof, which shall include Promotional Materials, Product briefing documents, knowledge of WL and the Product and strategy and tactical plans to promote the Product.
