Property Partnership definition

Property Partnership means and include any partnership, limited liability company or other Entity in which the Company directly or indirectly is or becomes a partner, member or other equity participant and which has been or is formed for the purpose of directly or indirectly acquiring, developing or owning a Property or a proposed Property.

In rendering such opinion, such counsel may state that they express no opinion as to the laws of any jurisdiction outside the United States or as to the laws other than those of the State of Tennessee and the Federal laws of the United States, and except with respect to the matters set forth in subparagraph (i) above.
