Proposal Package definition

Proposal Package means a completed Proposal Submission Template, a completed VAT self- assessment, a completed accounting certification, a complete set of the documents required to be provided by Bidder pursuant to Section 2.4 of the Main Body, and completed responses to Appendix C-1 or Appendix C-2, as applicable, each as more fully described in Section 5.3 of the Main Body.
Proposal Package means a completed Proposal Submission Template, completed responses to Appendix D and related attachments, and certain other documents, including, without limitation, an executed Proposal Submission Agreement, as more fully described in the Main Body.
Proposal Package has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1.

Examples of Proposal Package in a sentence

  • When the bidder’s package is opened, a purchasing agent will verify the presence of the Bid Bond and remove it from the Proposal Package.

  • The Proposal Package should therefore contain the proposer’s best terms from a programmatic and cost standpoint.

  • The Bidder agrees that the "Bid Proposal Package" detached from specifications will be considered and will have the same force and effect as if attached thereto.

  • Any modifications to the "Bid Proposal Package" (including alternates and/or unit prices) will disqualify the bid and shall cause the bid to be rejected.

More Definitions of Proposal Package

Proposal Package means a completed Proposal Submission Template, completed responses to Appendix C, as more fully described in Section 4.4 of the Main Body, and the Proposal Submission Agreement.
Proposal Package means a completed Proposal Submission Template, a completed Viability Self-Assessment, completed responses to Appendix C (Due Diligence Questionnaire) to the RFP, a completed, properly executed form of credit certification (Annex E-1 to Appendix E) and, for PPA and Toll proposals or otherwise if requested by a member of the RFP Administration Team or the Accounting Evaluation Team, a completed, properly executed accounting certificate (Appendix H), a completed, properly executed form of the Proposal Submission Agreement, the evidence requested in Appendix G, and all other documents and information that Bidder is required to provide under the RFP for the submitted proposal.
Proposal Package means all documents and drawings provided to the Contractor for Proposing purposes, consisting of: List of Construction Drawings, Request for GMP Proposals, Instructions to Proposers, Proposal Form, Proposal Submittal Checklist, Supplemental Unit Pricing, Proposed Subcontractor Form, Proposer’s Qualifications, General Conditions, General Requirements, Technical Specifications and Sample Project Agreement.
Proposal Package means a completed Proposal Submission Template, VAT self-assessment, and responses to Appendix B-1, Appendix B-2, or Appendix B-3, as applicable, and to Appendix C.C.
