Proposed Annual Plan definition

Proposed Annual Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
Proposed Annual Plan means an annual business plan for the operation of the Hotel that is prepared by Operator and submitted to Lessee for approval and shall include the Proposed Operating Budget, the Proposed Capital Budget, the Proposed Marketing Plan, and the Proposed Management Plan.

  • Any disapproval by Owner of a Proposed Annual Plan shall include a reasonably detailed explanation of the reasons for such disapproval.

  • If Owner disapproves of any Proposed Annual Plan, Manager shall submit to Owner a revised annual plan within twenty (20) days of its receipt of Owner's written disapproval.

  • Within in thirty (30) days of Owner's receipt of the Proposed Annual Plan, Owner shall deliver to Manager in writing its approval or disapproval of all matters contained in the Proposed Annual Plan for the succeeding year.

  • Upon the Owner’s approval of the Proposed Annual Plan or the resolution of any dispute in connection therewith, the Proposed Annual Plan shall be deemed to be the “Approved Annual Plan”, the Proposed Operating Budget shall be deemed to be the “Operating Budget”, the Proposed Capital Budget shall be deemed to be the “Capital Budget”, and the Proposed FF&E Budget shall be deemed to be the “FF&E Budget”.
