Protected Conditions definition

Protected Conditions means protected award conditions, protected notional conditions and protected preserved conditions as those terms are defined in the Act. Protected conditions include but are not limited to rest breaks, incentive based payments and bonuses, annual leave loadings, public holidays, certain expense and work related allowances, overtime and shift penalties, penalty rates, outworker conditions, and provisions that are incidental or machinery to such conditions.
Protected Conditions means any protected award conditions, protected notional conditions or protected preserved conditions (as those terms are defined in the Workplace Relations Xxx 0000 (Cth)) which might otherwise apply to a Staff Member's employment and includes terms concerning:

Examples of Protected Conditions in a sentence

  • Gosford RSL Leisure Living Ltd and its employees have considered the requirements surrounding Protected Conditions and the Fairness Test, and agree that all provisions outlined in this Agreement have addressed these matters with the exception of Incentive Based Payments and Bonuses; and Outworker Conditions as these did not have application prior to the establishment of this Agreement.
