Prototypical Plans means the standard plans and specifications for a Homestead Village extended-stay lodging facility heretofore delivered to, and approved by, Atlantic.

Examples of Prototypical Plans in a sentence

  • Borrower shall not, however, make any Material Change in the Plans for any of its Projects or construct any Improvements which are not substantially in accordance with the Prototypical Plans or make any change to any Plans or install any material or equipment which would constitute a Material Change, without Homestead's obtaining in each instance Atlantic's prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Related to Prototypical Plans
