Public Information Plan definition

Public Information Plan means the plan submitted pursuant to Section 4.1.6 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

Public Information Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.31 hereof. “Quality Manager” means a person employed by Contractor who is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control of the Work and for ensuring that the Work conformance with the requirements of this Agreement and the other Contract Documents.

  • Public Information means information that:

  • Non-Public Information means material non-public information (within the meaning of United States federal, state or other applicable securities laws) with respect to Borrower or its Affiliates or their Securities.

  • Nonpublic Information means information which has not been disseminated in a manner making it available to investors generally, within the meaning of Regulation FD.

  • Material Non-Public Information means information which is (a) not publicly available, (b) material with respect to Holdings and its Subsidiaries or their respective securities for purposes of United States federal and state securities laws and (c) not of a type that would be publicly disclosed in connection with any issuance by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries of debt or equity securities issued pursuant to a public offering, a Rule 144A offering or other private placement where assisted by a placement agent.

  • Public Information Act or “PIA” means Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code.

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Public Information Failure shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.3(b).

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”

  • Confidential personal information means any and all information or data protected by Privacy Laws, including (without limitation) information or data that: (a) is personal information or information about an identifiable individual (as more particularly defined in the applicable Privacy Laws) that was collected, used, disclosed or accessible to such party; or (b) is information from which an individual or individual’s identity can be ascertained either from the information itself or by combining the information with information from other sources available to the parties.

  • Evaluation Material shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.3(a).

  • Borrower Information has the meaning given that term in Section 2.5.(c).
